GOING BEYOND THE GOAL.

There are many strategies that are used when setting goals. Many work for some people for instance:

LARGE DREAMS/SMALL STEPS - Dream large find the goal you want, then chunk down into small manageable bites/bytes. This is very helpful when the desired outcome seems overwhelming and so far away.

PREPARATION  IS EVERYTHING - as with a good stir fry, time taken to find the right ingredients, marinating, slicing the meat and vegetables correctly can then be quickly turned into a mouth-watering dish. This can be applied successfully when setting goals.

FOCUS, DETERMINATION AND FLEXABILITY are all useful when setting goals as are CREATIVITY, MOTIVATION and TIME.

My workshops encompass these concepts and more. I use the Grahame Morris PACCER model, a structure that forms achievable outcomes.
