What do I expect during a life coaching session?
Life coaching sessions will typically last between 45 minutes and 60 minutes Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email or via Skype
During the session, I will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to get out of life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself ending up. Although it is a partnership, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
What do I have to do?
Come with an open mind, open to change. Commit to the process and trust that you have everything needed to effect change.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on what you wish to achieve. I ask that clients come to at least two sessions. Phobia work often takes one session and a feedback session. The second can usually be achieved with a phone call.
I have worked with clients over six months with intensive sessions at the beginning of the journey and then once a month, but it is up to the person and what is wanted.
Do I have to talk about what has happened to me in the past?
No, I work predominately in the present and future. The past may be visited to look at where helpful resources can be introduced and embedded to nurture and grow, to become one with who you want to be.
You already know what has happened, to use what you already know will only continue what you have, we will explore what you haven’t done yet to change what will be. (Confusing but fun!)

It’s my job to help you recognise the best you, you can become in the area that you choose.
I use proven and tested techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition. I will provide you with the tools to confidently face difficult situations and push past emotional barriers:
